Thanks a million... this fan tweak helped me a lot. Actually, my T60 was overheating like crazy.. the fan never made much noise because the controller was keeping it under 3K RPM... I installed the tweak you linked from your website and the T60 sounds like my STi's turbo pumping out 25psi ! .... but at least the laptop does not overheat any more.
