4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons sage
2 teaspoons ground mace
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons whole sweet marjoram
3 quarts of water
Can you guess? Scrapple! I don't know how keen I am on the beef liver, but if it tastes like the stuff in the store, I'll live. It would be great to enjoy scrapple without having to wonder how many ground up pig assholes made it into the mix.
