Timothy Noah, at Slate, wrote a fantastic article on Ronald Reagan. I would only add to the list of Reagan's sins, the massive expansion of the Drug war, which has likely touched (ruined) more lives than any other government action. An interesting side note: Can you imagine GW attempting to deliver Reagan's speech quoted in that article?
