No English on the trains, and I think I can even detect a different dialect... that is to say that the normal station announcements are even harder to understand. Normally, it's at least pretty easy to pick out the station names. I nearly missed the Aso stop, but I got the hint whenever a young asian woman who had been sitting in front of me helpfully said "This is Aso." Did I just hear English?!
